We offer monthly flat rate shipping of $5.99. Boxes ship on the 10th of each month. Orders placed by the 10th of the month will ship the same month. Orders placed after the 10th will be shipped the following month.
Subscriptions will be automatically billed/renewed on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month's box. All subscriptions (both monthly and pre-paid) auto-renew.
Cancellation policy:
All subscriptions (including both monthly and prepaid) auto-renew. Cancellations, shipping address and account changes must be made on the customer account or sent to info@holaamigobox.com 24 hours prior to the renewal/billing date for the upcoming month's box. (20th of the month)
Refunds will not be honored if the cancellation request is submitted after the billing/renewal date.

All of our subscription boxes offer the option to add a sibling kit (or multiple!) so additional children can share the same box! The sibling kits include additional sets of all crafts and consumable activities.
Hola Amigo is designed for all families, regardless of language background or experience. The books and instructions included in each box are bilingual, making it easier for monolingual parents to follow the story! Additionally, we teacher-led activity videos to support your learning! Simply choose the activity you want to do that day, and follow along at your convenience!
Hola Amigo has a great Facebook community group where families can share their successes and questions! Our teacher-led activity videos provide instant audio and pronunciation support, as well as provide more of an immersion experience. Additionally, we offer a Pinterest board and playlist for each theme with song recommendations and extension activities!
