Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions (including both monthly and prepaid) auto-renew. Cancellations must be changed on the customer account or sent to info@holaamigobox.com 24 hours prior to the renewal/billing date for the upcoming month's box.

Billing/Renewal Dates:

Mi Mundo Bilingüe - 15th of the month (must cancel 24 hours prior)

Refunds will not be honored if the cancellation request is submitted after the billing/renewal date.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE; CANCELLATIONS

Any order placed through the services is an offer to buy the products and services designated. We must accept any such order or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and the details of the items you have ordered.

Generally, you may cancel or modify your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellation of your order may not be possible.

Hola Amigo also offers products on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to these terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

BY PURCHASING ANY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS AN INITIAL AND RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE AND YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO CANCELLATION. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS, AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE.

SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS ARE BASED ON THE SUBSCRIPTION YOU PURCHASE:

TO RECEIVE YOUR FIRST PRODUCT IN THE SAME MONTH AS YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED SHIPMENT DATE. ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER THE MONTHLY SHIPMENT DATE WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE NEXT SCHEDULED SHIPMENT DATE.

TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU MUST EMAIL SUPPORT AT info@holaamigobox.com AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED RENEWAL DATE TO AVOID CHARGE.

HOLA AMIGO MAY SUBMIT MONTHLY CHARGES WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN THE 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. MEMBERSHIP IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
