We offer monthly flat rate shipping of $5. Boxes ship on the 5th of each month. Orders placed by the 10th of the month will be shipped the same month. Orders placed after the 10th will be shipped the following month. Month-to-month subscribers will be automatically billed on the 15th of each month.
